We provide FREE Fed Ex and UPS shipping for all of our products in the continental U.S.A. Enjoy same day shipping in most cases! – Orders placed by 2:00 pm EST on regular business days generally ship same day. Any orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 pm EST, on a weekend, or on a holiday will ship the next business day. Copper sinks and bathtubs are usually shipped between 24 – 72 hours.
We use Fed Ex or UPS shipping services for all of our stainless steel sinks and copper sinks, and Freight for Copper Bathtubs.
Our Free Shipping is standard UPS or Fed Ex ground and regular Freight, 2-6 business days. For expedited shipping requests, Please contact us.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, International
If you live in outside the contiguous 48 states including Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico your shipping rates are discounted and priced by unit and total weight.
For Canada Shipments we use UPS ground with some of the very best rates and lowest fees available. Our rates to Canada include the Customs, Duties and in most cases the PST. Your rate for freight is all inclusive, You pay nothing more.
Returns and Exchanges

Just notify us within 7 days after the product has been delivered and we will issue a “return authorization”, arrange for pickup of the item and after we receive the item back in good condition we will refund your original purchase price 100%*. Damaged or Defective Items
Luxury Home Sinks will accept any and all damaged or defective products 7 business days after the product has been delivered. Please inspect the product within this time and call 801-973-3959 to report any damage or defect. Damaged or Defective product will be replaced and/or refunded at no cost to you at the time the report is made. After 7 business days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for any return or refund.
For Copper sinks and Bathtubs: Due to the size and weight of the Copper sinks and Bathtubs, any return or refund request other than the product being damaged or defective will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your products, just follow these simple steps:
- Email us at sales@luxuryhomesinks.com or call our offices at 801-973-3959 during normal business hours and explain that you wish to make a return, and the reason for the return. You may need to provide your original invoice number. You will be given a return Authorization.
- Write the Return Authorization number down in large print on a piece of paper and place it in the top of the box with the product. You can also write it somewhere on the outside of the box.
- Item must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, undamaged, and never installed. Ship the box back to this address:

- When the product arrives, it will be examined and we will issue the appropriate refund to your credit card.
It is important that you follow the steps above. To ensure that you get your refund, do not send product back without a return authorization number! We will only accept returns that arrive to us with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by us prior to shipping. Upon satisfaction of these requirements, we will process payment for your refund within 5 days.
